Matter normalization rules

These regex replacements convert extracted matter values into the canonical matter number before database validation.

No normalization rules yet

Add one only when a client uses equivalent matter-number symbols, such as Dropbox folders with ':' but email matter numbers with '/'.

Dropbox sync rules

These regexes are used only when importing matter folders from Dropbox. They do not replace the email parsing rules.

This client now receives matter updates from the all-client Dropbox mirror sync. Its Root matters filepath is /Demo Client Files/ARB - Arbor Legal Demo/Matters.

When the Dropbox client mirror sync runs, matters found here are activated or updated, and missing matters are archived instead of deleted.

Danger zone
