Matter normalization rules

These regex replacements convert extracted matter values into the canonical matter number before database validation.

No normalization rules yet

Add one only when a client uses equivalent matter-number symbols, such as Dropbox folders with ':' but email matter numbers with '/'.

Dropbox sync rules

This client now receives matter updates from the all-client Dropbox mirror sync. Its Root matters filepath is /Demo Client Files/CDA - Cedar Family Archive/Matters.

When the Dropbox client mirror sync runs, matters found here are activated or updated, and missing matters are archived instead of deleted.
